Skipping rope gives an excellent cardiovascular exercise because it allows to maintain high heart rate. Players also get better bone health weight bearing the characteristics of the exercise. Bone health is especially important for adolescents, that they are developing bone density.
In movements involving more push-ups or handstands, players can accumulate strength in the lower part of the body, the kernel and the upper part of the body. It is excellent to encourage balance, coordination and agility.
